Program Description
This eight-day experience in London will allow students to visit numerous British literary and historical sites and attend a live performance at the world-renowned Globe Theater.
Course Description
Students will be able to experience life in London while at the same time increasing their knowledge of British literature, 文化, and history in general. 进一步, history students will be able to see and experience the contributions to history the British have made.
Students will be responsible for the following:
- A one-credit study abroad course (either ENGL 297 or 499 or HIST 199, 399, or 499)
- Attending and participating in all scheduled activities, tours, and other experiences
- Fully participating in all classroom discussions
- Writing a short final paper about their experience upon their return to the U.S.
- Any other assignments as listed in the syllabus

This program is led by Dr. Laura Rotunno and Dr. 道格页面.
Dr. Rotunno, (电子邮件保护), is an associate professor of English and also the Honors Coordinator for the college. She continues to conduct extensive research on British Literature.
Dr. 页面, (电子邮件保护), is a teaching professor of history and the history program coordinator. He specializes in British History. Both have led groups of students to London.
